Retrograde Motion is based on the idea of repetition. In some ways it is also my first recording based primarily on 'looping' as a performance technique and as an recording idea. The tracks here are all comprised of various audio loops. Musically this runs the range of drifting atmospherics to sonic travelogues of strange and alien terrains, both soothing and disturbing.
